Act Creation Course Dates

Act Creation (New performers)

February - Mondays 7:30-9:30pm starting Feb 3rd


Act Development 1

For students who have completed Act Creation. 

July - Mondays 7:30-9:30pm starting July 7th


Act Development 2

For students who have completed Act Development 1. 

September - Mondays 7:30-9:30pm starting Sep 1st

8-Week Act Creation Course | £350.00

Create Your First Solo Cabaret Act! This exciting 8-week course guides you through the process of developing your very own solo act. Each week features a unique workshop focusing on essential elements like choreography, character development, storytelling & more or act direction/feedback sessions. 


Students who have completed this course and are ready to perform can sign up to debut their act at any Soho School of Burlesque Scratch Night, held on the second Sunday of every month (except June)


Taught by Evelyn Carnate & Pi The Mime 


Important: This course is open to new performers, but you must complete our Intro to Burlesque 4-Week Course before signing up.

What to Prepare

Bring a bottle of water and paper & pen for notes.


Wear anything that is comfortable to move in. 


From Week 1, be prepared to discuss act ideas and any music you have in mind.
